			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With all of the self inquiry, mindful activities and writing you have done, you may have learned many things about yourself ~ perhaps some things you weren’t aware of until now. Is what you envision for yourself different from the ‘story’ you tell yourself? What if you changed the old story and scripted a new one, fresh and current, loving and compassionate?</p>
<p>Here is my suggestion for capturing all you have learned so far: in addition to your journal (which is ongoing), create a “vision board”. Use a corkboard, a large piece of strong paper or some other background for collecting and displaying pictures, symbols and/or representations of your vision for your life. Feel free to dream BIG! Open the door to the world and its abundance and let your wishes begin.</p>
<p>Start by making a list, jotting down what you want in your life. Choose meaningful pictures, creative words and inspiring phrases that resonate with your vision (from magazines, Internet, etc.) and begin to cut and paste. When selecting your materials, consider areas of life including health and wellness, fitness, wealth, nourishment, hobbies, family, relationships, etc. Feel free to create ~ this is your vision for your life. Treat it with honor and joy. And above all, have fun with the experience!</p>
<p>When your vision board is complete for now, reread your journal entries. Pause, allow the lessons to sink in once again, and open to what you have learned about yourself in these 21 days. Trusting yourself, listen deeply to what your inner voice has to say and let truth speak. Step back from your vision board and gaze at your creation. What do you see? Do you want to add anything ~ or eliminate something? What lessons are evident for you?</p>
<p>Now, with compassion and a loving heart, allow a weaving of the lessons to emerge. Begin to create your own personal eating guidelines ~ living guidelines ~ from your newly expanded awareness, acceptance, inquiry, health, nourishment, love and gratitude. Let your guidelines serve you on your journey to becoming all that you are and living your life with boldness, strength, clarity, passion and deep love.</p>
